Welcome to Macro, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using Macro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Introduction

Macro is designed to help businesses acquire new customers by running advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and to engage with existing customers through various messaging channels, including but not limited to WhatsApp and email. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Macro, including the rights and responsibilities of both the users and Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd.

2. Account Registration & Access

  • Users must register an account to access and use Macro's features.
  • Upon registration, users must provide accurate and complete information, including their email address, phone number, and name.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activity conducted under their accounts.
  • Users may invite team members and assign them roles such as Admin or Regular User, with different levels of permissions and access.
  • There are no age restrictions for using Macro; however, users must comply with applicable laws regarding digital services in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

  • Macro operates under a metered pricing model, meaning charges are based on the number of contacts and ad spend associated with the user's account.
  • A 14-day free trial is available to new users, after which a subscription fee applies.
  • Payments are accepted via all major credit cards.
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user.
  • No refunds will be provided after payment processing, including for unused subscription periods or partial use of services.

4. User Data & Privacy

We collect and store user email addresses, phone numbers, and names as part of account registration and service usage. User data may be shared with third-party services such as Facebook and Google solely for the purpose of tracking, analytics, and improving ad performance. We do not sell or misuse user data beyond the intended purpose of providing and enhancing our services. Users retain full ownership of the content they upload to Macro and can manage or remove their data as needed. Our Privacy Policy details how user data is handled, stored, and protected in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

Users own all content they upload to Macro, including advertisements, messages, and marketing materials. Users may share or distribute content generated using Macro without restrictions. Macro allows user-generated content, but users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Macro reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Service Availability & Liability

We strive to provide high availability of our services, but occasional outages or disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. While we guarantee high uptime, we do not accept liability for downtime or service interruptions. We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data due to downtime or service disruptions. Users agree that their use of Macro is at their own risk, and Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Macro integrates with third-party services to enhance its functionality, including but not limited to advertising platforms, payment gateways, and messaging services. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of third-party integrations they use in conjunction with Macro. Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any issues, data breaches, or service disruptions caused by third-party services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction, through arbitration or court proceedings as deemed appropriate by applicable law.

9. Account Termination & Modifications

Users may cancel their accounts at any time by following the instructions provided within the Macro platform. Upon cancellation, users will lose access to all paid features, and no refunds will be issued. Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and users will be notified via email about any significant changes.
